建議也不要喝太多,適當就好。
個人每週大約喝4-5杯,每杯大約450毫升。沒有上癮,不喝也可以。提神不一定需要咖啡因!

其次,悶蒸後咖啡粉會膨脹起來是真實的。因為咖啡豆很新鮮,剛烘焙好。
但一般人從賣場買的咖啡豆已經放一段時間,試過,很難如此。
因此就不過度特意追求了~

It is recommended not to drink too much, just the right amount.

I drink about 4-5 cups a week, each cup is about 450ml. It’s not addictive and it’s okay not to drink. You don’t necessarily need caffeine to wake up!

Secondly, it is true that the coffee powder will expand after steaming. Because the coffee beans are very fresh and just roasted.
But most people buy coffee beans from the store that have been stored for a period of time. After trying it, it is difficult to do this.
